Move the highlight over to the word Create (or type the letter “C”) and hit
[ENTER]. The screen will change as shown below:
The program is now waiting for us to enter a Format Number, which may be any
number from 1 to 999, as long as that number is not already assigned to an
existing format table. Type in such a number and hit [ENTER]. The screen
should change as shown below:
